Product Description
THE CAPRI MOON attempts to be as accurate as possible, however, errors in any shape or form or kind may occur and therefore in the case of such situations & circumstances a refund or a complimentary replacement order can be issued.
By purchasing any product, you agree to all of our terms, conditions and legal policies.
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you've received get in touch within 14 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
If our vendor's quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to you as quickly as possible.
We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure you are happy with your order(s). If that's not possible or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll give you a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Understand that items like jewellery and or customised products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Once our vendor's quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to you as quickly as possible rather than have you return it.
Refunds
If our vendor's quality assurance team validates your claim, and you have asked for a refund instead of a replacement product, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method unless stated otherwise. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
